Donald J. Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer
Don joined the Company in December of 2006 when he purchased the controlling interest in the Company from the Keller Family. Don has over 30 years of experience in various retail and service industries. Prior to joining Keller, Don was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. ("Leslie's") a national specialty retailer. Prior to Leslie's, Don was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Follett Higher Education Group, located in Oakbrook, Illinois, the nation's largest operator of University bookstores. Don also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carr Gottstein Foods Co., (NYSE: CGF), Alaska's largest food and drug retailer and wholesale provider.
James W. Everson, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jim joined the Company in March of 2009. Prior to joining Keller, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of the private equity firm, Montage Holdings where he helped successfully lead the acquisition of four operating companies in various industries and several large real estate transactions. Prior to Montage, Jim was the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Capital Title Group (NASDAQ: CTGI), one of the largest publicly held real estate title and escrow service firms in the U.S. In addition, Jim has significant corporate finance experience with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, treasury management and private and public company reporting as Regional Controller at Principal Financial Group (NYSE: PFG), a Fortune 250 company. Jim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an Audit Professional with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Cody Eslick, Senior Vice President - Operations
Cody’s professional experience over the past 10 years has included many facets of electrical construction and development associated with water production, water treatment, and wastewater applications. Project experience incorporates all phases of electrical construction from conceptualization and design to completion and commissioning of power distribution systems and advanced system integration and monitoring. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of project coordination including; team relations, contract documents, construction scheduling, procurement, documentation, testing, startup, and completion of projects.
John Haukeli, Vice President - Repair Operations
John joined the Company in 2012. Prior to joining Keller, John was the owner/operator of General Pump Mechanics, Inc. and Haukeli Brothers, LLC in the Pacific Northwest. John’s experience over the past 35 years includes extensive knowledge and equipment experience including; Electrical Motors from fractional to 7000 HP, Electrical Generators and Control Systems to 4000 Amp, Hydraulic Motors, electric pumps and controls. Single and three phases, Chilled Water Systems, Printing Presses and Collators, Overhead Bridge cranes to 80-ton w/Aux. hooks, Overhead, Ground level and Underground conveyor systems, Energy Management Systems installation, Power Distribution Centers, and Installation and Programming of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
Dwight Groth, Vice President - Sales
Dwight joined the Company in July 2015. Dwight has over 30 years of leadership experience in building strong teams that deliver superior customer service, sales and value. Prior to joining Keller, Dwight held various positions with Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. (“Leslie’s") a national specialty retailer. During his tenure at Leslie’s, Dwight served as Director of Commercial Sales where he led a team of account executives that provided technical solutions and products to business and government clients. Dwight also held the position of Regional Vice President of Store Operations which included full profit and loss responsibilities and management leadership for over 130 company owned stores. Most recently, Dwight was the Director of Chemical Procurement and Sales where he negotiated programs, pricing and sales plans for the highest volume product category.
Robert Rayl, Director of Business Development
Rob is a subject matter expert for Keller Electrical in all aspects of Keller's business lines; electrical, mechanical, motor repair, controls and services. Rob joined Keller in July 1991 and has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical repair and manufacturing industries. His extensive experience in the design, manufacturing and system integration of control automation, motor controls centers, variable frequency drives, high voltage switchgear, PLCs and industrial transformer installations, testing and repair is highly beneficial to clients. Rob continues to source and lead special projects for clients that literally sets Keller apart from its competition in the many markets it serves.
Chad Oertel, Manager - Electrical Services
Chad joined Keller in September 2011 and brings over 20 years of field service experience. Chad has expanded the electric service team and continues to uphold the quality workmanship Keller Electrical has built its reputation on. Leading a highly qualified team of Instrumentation & Electrical Technicians that hold some of the highest certifications in the industry, the Keller Electrical Services team specializes in routine and predictive maintenance, electrical and control system troubleshooting and modifications and factory certified medium voltage VFD start-up services.
Brad Blackwell, Manager - Mechanical Services
Since joining the Keller team in August 2015, Brad has been instrumental in building Keller's mechanical services team into its own division, known to its clients as Keller Mechanical. Keller Mechanical's services include; Field installations, on-site welding services, mechanical and electrical failure analysis, certified technicians for computerized vibration analysis, balancing, laser alignments and a complete fabrication and machine shop.
